It will actually make selling the property alot more appealing. The farm we just bought (closing friday morning actually) surrounds our house and connects our property between two highways, so it will make a definate selling point. I got it worth the money and it has a barn that is in good shape as well as a 50x70 Morton building and 3 ponds and the tail water of a 7 acre lake on it, so it should sell considerably easier then other property in the area, that is if we decide to sell. Looking at a 1-2 year plan on what we are wanting to do or where we are wanting to move to. Wifey has some apron strings that needs to be cut from mommy and daddy.... We will just wait and see what is in store for us.. :dunno:
