That looks like a liberty in the driveway, obviously the seller is not a real jeep guy.
Doesn't look horrible though, but low res pics can hide a lot

My cheby is still waiting on plates so no DD yet. I do love the simplicity of this truck though:

No AC, no computer to speak of, and just crank the windows down LOL

Looks you could eat off the engine compartment!

Is this the Yota from Winterfest? If not, there was an extended cab one on a few weeks ago.

I can look Monday at the 88 MJ only FSM I have at the shop to help chase wires but check the big plug and 2 halfs of the fuse block first. Then just run a jumper wire from fuel pump realay to fuel pump and sell the whole MJ to me for threefiddy delivered. Ok? Great.

Wish I could find one but I'll be putting a HF 12k on the trailer this week, the need to haul dead cars has increased so much the boss is paying for it.

Nice score!

I am in need of a winch plate mount for my 01 XJ. I wanted something simple and clean like the detours backbone. They are closed currently. Anyone know of any other options? I’d like to retain the stock bumper just have a winch mount

Drug home another pile of rusty metal today. 91 yj. 4.0 5sp and I just paid for the tow.

Attempted to flat tow it with Rew. The more work we put into getting it hooked up, the farther we got from success. Literally pulling the frame out from under it.

Now I let it sit in the backyard and wait for the wife to leave me.

Think Boostwerks has a hidden winch mount that works with stock bumpers.

That was my first choice but that’s as much as I paid for the Jeep. Plan is to keep this one dirt cheap. May build something that’s always cheaper with free labor.

Plans are Winch and recovery points. Most aggressive 29-30” tires I can fit and maybe some lockers. Just use it to come to events and stay active. Lend a hand for recovery or spotting. I went a lot of places on 31s. It should be more or a challenge on 235s. My other XJ was just getting to much time away from the family and I was always working on it instead of being out in it. We enjoy the travel more now than the super hard lines where you take higher risks

I love to do both, beauty of the buggy. Easy trails are just as fun, definitely less stressful then the hard-core lines. But I miss driving a lifted XJ so building a new one at last after talking about it for a few years.

He has the pages of the electrical service manuals that show where the connections are. They are in a Facebook chat with me. He would need the one for the crossbody harness and one that runs back on the drivers side.
