Important

The lift operator I had to cane yesterday about jacking his jaws..... had to rip him a new hole today for dropping a string of f bombs on the receptionist and the lady that does time card stuff/paychecks,hr tasks. I told him that was two incidents and he had better not get three. Also.... 5000 cardboard cores for the center of window covers spread across three warehouse aisles is damn impressive looking.

Today I get to be in on dropping the hammer on an employee. Guy thinks he is doing things right after we have repeatedly told him that it is NOT, and now he has gone in and continued to screw up some software for the 4th time and causing our specialist extra work each time. So today we are having the specialist come to our site and give him some one on one training as well as the district supervisor coming in to make sure that he either gets it or is likely dismissed. Love days like this!

I have a manager that has gotten real lazy in the last 6-7 weeks. All he does is sit around the office reading the paper or playing on his phone or chain smokes in the shop telling his minions what to do but doesnt do anything himself. Not sure what to do.

What is it with The Book of Faces?
I am leaving groups right and left because people are idiots.
I just left the 6.7 powerstorke group because of the over use of the term "Platty" which means Platinum Edition and someone looking for the best source for "dual shock steering stabilizers". I was ridiculed when I told them that dual stabilizers are not needed and they are as useful as truck nuts, which is another hot topic on that board.

I left the LBGT (liquor bacon guns and tits) group last week because it was like being in a Jr. high group.

Your better off to just stick around here Sean. That's the main reason I quit joining those groups is cuz of the stupidity that frequents them.

I can't fire anyone at the office directly, you know how it goes with the gov stuff. My coworkers are State or County employees, they can get fired by their boards or if using federal property in the wrong way, we can recommend action to their boards. I've only seen a couple people fired from the Fed gov in 15 years....

Yep. I never did well in government contracting because everyone knew they couldn't get fired. My team was to the point where it intentionally put bugs in the software we were writing so we would have a reason to get a maintenance contract. I hated those people.

first useable parts straight from the machine.
seems like the retraction and temp settings are dialed.

When are you going to print a gun?

when we get some different filaments in and when I get a handle on the shrinkage numbers for large parts.

those gears are essentially the 6th thing it's printed. it's not to doing large things yet.

baby steps on calibration and tuning.

but believe me, some liberator style derringers will happen.

If they're loud like that you're doing it wrong. Mine was there, but it was never loud inside the jeep.

My spartan front and rear you know are there. I'd consider them loud. But not a Detroit. Now when they are locked and unlock under load. There are loud. Lots of looks in a crowded parking lot.
