Important

yeah, I have been doing quite a bit with it, the brackets just showed up yesterday for the 30" light bar so that I can mount it with the solid windshield and roof options. I'll hopefully get it all mounted tonight. I took out the factory dry box and installed this switch panel with all LED rockers and a Sony marine grade Bluetooth head unit. I also installed door speaker pods with 6.5" speakers w/ the blue led lighting in them. They sound pretty good, but I want to get the subwoofer enclosure for under the dash and get some bump in there. I also installed lower doors and I have a set of 3" square LED pods to install on the back. I have the switches all done and ready to feed the power line back to them, just have not got them installed.
just a pic of a shop full of fun...

LOL, I had forgot about that show, but I wish he would have shown up to help bc there are a lot of screws and bolts to get that unlimited amount of plastic out of the way to run the wires. I am to the point I am ready to just use it as is bc I am tired of working on things. And in the meantime, the C10 sits and collects dust. I should probably list it somewhere.

Needs not one but 4 flat screens in your trunk!

and a coffee machine and popcorn popper. they always did some ridiculous stuff on that show

but only if it drops down from the roof with tubes that you can use like a camel pack....and a disco ball somewhere in the mix, and some 26" rimz.....

Hey cheese you should do this body kit with your RZR. Starting to see these pop up all over the book of faces.

Got a buddy that's looking at a 99 tj. Are there any real problem areas with them he should look for? I've never really messed with them much so don't know what to look for. It's a 99 tj with a 4.0/5sd with 120k miles. Looks decent in pics

Rust.

In the top front fenders. In the back fenders. Some times in the front cab near the bottom of the front fenders. On the frame. Especially around the body mounts and where the tcase skid plate mounts. Sometimes the oil pan is rusting out and will need replaced. Rear main is probably leaking, they are like XJ 4.0s, came from the factory leaking.

The HVAC likes to blow the resistors out, easy fix, but make sure the fan works on all settings.

Otherwise anything else you'd look for in a vehicle that old.

mac 'they still made XJ's in 99' gyvr
