The PO had the pipes level so water would just sit in there and the drains were really slow. Then I took a shower and the water stopped draining.
Into the crawl space with the sawzall I went then a trip to the hardware store and I'm back in business.
We are in the middle of a slow bathroom remodel after we replaced the toilet and the floor tiles were not cut up to the wax seal so the new toilet didn't match up on the floor. The PO also covered a window in the shower with the vinyl surround so that's getting taken out and tiled up to the ceiling.
I previously knew nothing about home repair so lots of youtubing and googling and bothering the guy at the hardware store lol

I was in the crawl on Friday replacing drain pipes for our washer. It was stuff I ran when we bought the place I had a low spot that must have frozen blocked the water from the load of laundry the wife was doing. It backed up and covered the laundry room floor. Turned out it was one day short of a year that my house in Hammond had the water pipe break under the slab. Kinda funny.

So apparently my wife has a bit of "Brah" in her blood, she likes the tow mirrors up on the new (to us) Dodge (for her ghost trailer) and she wants to get bigger more aggressive tires on it, and thinks it could stand to use a tuner too....and I still get to sleep with her.

went to lunch w/ my mom yesterday, new sports bar & grill in town. Assistant manger came over to ask how everything was, I flirted a bit. when she left,I told my mom (I'd hit that), she told me I couldn't handle that. Dang I hate moms.

Came down with a nasty stomach bug that has played me out for the last four days. I was so dehydrated at one point I was having some difficulty concentrating on anything. Our dog got attacked by the neighbors pitbulls and got his muzzle cut up pretty good. Now he gets to go spend ten days in quarantine as he bit my son as my son was trying to pull him out of the fight. One of the pitbulls came under the fence and the neighbor tried telling the PO that our dog started the fight. The PO said this is the third aggressive dog complaint for these dogs.
