Important

Going to look at a house for sale on Friday that has 1500 sq feet on a ranch with a 20x26 attached garage and a 1500 sq ft finished basement...

Oh and a 36x48 building with 14 ft ceilings that's partially heated...

All on 3 acres...

That shop is badass mac, I wish mine was a mirror image of that one, the tall ceilings are what I wish mine had most of all. But seeing how I am a lowrider now, I guess that the tall ceilings are not all that big of an issue :D. Hope it works out for ya man.

I'm taking a tape measure to see if the RV will fit on the big side...if I could store it inside, and heated, I wouldn't have to winterize it...

A lift would fit in there too on one of the small sides...what I would do to not have to be on my back all the time doing work...

Unfortunately, it's in the upper end of our price range...and I might have to sell the RV to afford the place....

My personal view would be if the RV had to go, so be it bc you can always get another one later. A home like that is an investment, if it has tires, its a loss. And without an RV in that shop, you have more room for other fun stuff :D But I am not telling you anything you don't already know, and that RV is sweet too!

A lot of things would have to fall in place for it to happen, so I'm not getting too excited at this point...

My guess is that big door is 12 ft...the RV is 12 ft 1 inch...per the literature on it...

Sounds like a nice place Matt. Hopefully it all goes together for ya. Hoping 2016 will be the year we get to move to somewhere bigger with a garage. This no garage thing sucks.

I get at least one new naxja sticker every march (membership drive then WF) I have them on everything and replace them at the slightest sign of weathering.

sweet shop mac. I hope it works out for you.

I have a four year plan for the house we are buying. kinda like a long term flip. then I want to buy my aunts property. she has a huge pond and a couple pole barns and a big garage. the house is nice too. I need to build some equity first which is good because she is not in a hurry to sell and wants to keep it in the fam.

I know of a house with a big garage that might be forsale in Fort Wayne...

Might be bit of a drive to work and back every day. Plus we want a couple acres out in the country

I have a few acres in the country I would sell ya..with a house, shop, out buildings...and for the right price I could leave ya a few cows :D

Nice spread hope it works out for ya!

I'm shooting for 2020 to have a building like that or be building a building like that aftwr selling the house i have now and getting property bettwr suitable for my needs.

Coffee for years. Black. One Diet Dew per day when I'm working.

Moving to the country was the best thing I have ever done. We got into our house on 3 acres for a great deal because it's not in the super duper awesome school district. 40x40 garage is nice, all my vehicles fit inside minus the camper. We are hoping to build a gravel pad and a carport for the camper next year.

Due to the current climate in my line of work (and Illiana's), I feel more and more every day that we need to move out of the city...

Yep. Just yesterday one of my coworkers who lives in town had his lightbar unbolted from his vehicle while it was sitting in his driveway. He noticed when it fell off going around an on-ramp.

I drank a pot of coffee this morning.

I drank a cup before I came home at 1800.
Sounds like me lately...black or with half and half....sugar in coffee is gross.

I've been scouting geese at 5:30 am every morning till 8:30, work till 5, then working on the house till 11pm when I get home. Coffee is a life saver

I'm planning on buying property in the spring. Atleast 10 acres. I'm going to pay it off within 5 years and when it's paid off I'm going to put a GIANT pole building on it (prox. 40 by 80) and then put my house up for sale and finish off half of the barn for our house.

Coming soon to a part out near you...

86 MJ, 2.5 4 cyl, 4 speed manual, 2wd, 118k.

Does run and drive, but has terminal frame rust.

Was going to try and drive it around, but the rust is just terrible. But it does have some desirable parts on it, so a part out is the plan.

info for Nate and other interested parties....
tail lights - complete and in good shape
rear flares AND the plastic inner fender bits. - ditto
B pillar interior pieces - all there and in good shape
headliner - saggy but complete.
b pillar speaker brackets if it has them - didn't have
HEADLINER!
the carpet covered piece that covers the back wall - gone
seat - very nice shape red bench seat
rear glass if it's a slider. - slider, complete
Also has an AMC/Jeep bed mat too.
Oh and an almost mint(one rust bubble) working tailgate too

The black xj carcass needs to go away before I tear into this. I will make an official thread in the fs/ft area when the part out is ready to commence.

dibs on sliding rear window, PM doug and see if he wants it. One of us will take it.

I also need the fender badges.

and I'm sure I'll come up with other shit to add to the parts pile.
