I bought a 3000psi yesterday, can't wait to try it

The one I got is gas powered and either 2500 or 3000 psi. Its more than capable of knocking all the peeling paint off the house. I still have to climb the ladder a bit to get to the highest parts though. I accidentally pulled the trigger climbing down and now I have a spot to repaint that I did last year with the roller.

We have a 2400psi/2.5gph gasser that does everything I need and more for over 10 years now. Simple and easy goes a long ways when it comes to that kind of equipment.

In 2009 I was looking for a power washer.

In July I borrowed my buddies.

It got parked behind the popcan one night.

At some point the popcan got moved.



So this is the one that I bought at full market price from my buddy. I could've got a better one for what I paid him, but I owned up to my booze brains.

I bought a new frame for it and still use it to this day. It does a decent job, but its not as big as the one I wanted.

haha! Been there, done that, but it was over a push mower at a buddies house. Who the hell leaves a push mower behind a guests vehicle?? I think it was a set up to get them a new mower

I just gave them money for a new mower and left the smashed one there.

Had to put a new pump on last year, $109 on eBay.

I have a John Deere 3800 w/Honda engine. Just blew the head gasket on it, no one local has it so I ordered online $13. Just gotta install it...

Vacuum lock-outs are junk, I just move them manually, will get new lock-outs at a later date.

So question is, the unit hub was really bad on the passenger side, allowing the axle to droop and press against the seal. The seal doesn't look damaged or deformed and I'm wondering if just getting a new hub would correct the axle position and not leak passed the seal anymore? There's no scoring on the shaft where the seal rides either...

First time doing a SD front end so still learning the ins/outs...

Why replace the seals? Do you guys even have them on your xj's? One of mine on my super duty axle is bad.

Axle seals are a pain to install. On the SD we use a 6' long dowel rod with a bolt welded on the end. We shim washers up in the bolt to the seal size the stick the bar through the axle and have someone line up the seal and someone hammed the dowel.

I did my d30s a year ago, but the axle was out of the jeep and it was 'mildly' easy. It also got new carrier, gears, bearings, etc at the same time...

I just got done with doing both seals on the F250. What a #### job that is with the axle in the vehicle. I totally destroyed that plastic shaft guide on the passenger side as well, hopefully that isn't overly important... I had to use a ratchet strap to get my carrier out, so that is currently in my mini freeze on high setting and will finish the job in the morning...

Headed out the door right now, cleaning up the house to have people come look at it....

I just programmed 100 channels into my Chinese radio in 10 seconds from a downloaded frequency list so it works with FRS, marine and Wx channels.

Pretty stoked about that.
