i am 95% sure the purple jeep i bought does not have a blown head gasket...really acting like timing is off (most likely plugs out of order)...no coolant in oil or vice versa. started for a bit tonight, but dies instantly. its blowing exhaust out the intake too. i'm going to do a compression test tomorrow, but there is a glimmer of hope that this thing will be an easier fix that i though

FYI. In the 100+ head gaskets I've done on 4.0s I've only ever had 2 that had oil/coolant mix with almost no tail pipe sweet smell.

Do compression test to see. I have had a few that tested bad head gasket up ended up being a bad chain.
