I really shouldn't laugh at that....
Basically the lazy ass who was supposed to run it gave her five minutes training on a 50 year old machine with no guarding then he heard her scream and saw her flipping out . It should not have happened. Management did not tell her to run it. Her machine had parts they needed to get out. OSHA is gonna have a heyday with this.
