For our exercise we do Judo, Tae kwon do, and a bit of hapkido as a family through one of the community centers here so it's pretty affordable.

Bowing onto the mat always puts me into a different mind frame and it was harder on my body doing it on hard floors before.
Streching out and hitting the bags for a while blows off steam and gets the blood pumping nicely.
I lost 30 pounds in first 2 months and leveled out there, but I can feel myself getting stronger and lasting longer in my workouts so I must be gaining muscle as fast as im losing fat.
Still 240lbs of bad assery LOL
I enjoy it too much to stop eating like a midwest man so Lots of bacon cheese and beef! (sometimes sheep for desert)
I have made my portions a bit smaller (unless im drunk).
