I got a sweet trussed hp30 set up for a Clayton 3 link :D

Side note. I had a samurai. Pretty sure the cleanest one in the midwest. I just couldn't bring myself to wheel it so I sold it.

I wouldn't build my kid a buggy before I had one for myself...

This is similar to what i'm looking to build.

my wife was supposed to give me a baby Saturday, it is now tuesday and i still have no baby.

:rattle:
All in due time. They're harder to take care of out than in.

Nope no power wheels there. That one is running sami axles with a 300cc quad motor.

What do you guys think about just running a 4.0 Jeep motor?

i would be hesitant to sink that much into a kiddie buggy... wonder why every 80-125 cc atv/dirtbike doesnt get ridden? they grow out of them in at max 3 years... then they are asking for fullsize stuff
Good point. Hell, it's hard enough to justify spending $400 on the Jeep Hurricane Powerwheels.

It could definitely be something to keep out at Grandma and Grandpa's place for all the kids to use though. I just wouldn't want to be the guy building and fixing it when nobody takes care of it. Like the farm quad...

how much difference is there in power from the 4cyl to the 6cyl? I have for a 4.0 sitting at the house I could use since I can't get anybody to buy it.

That was my point.

There are plenty of premade quads and dirtbikes for little kids that can be bought, sold and bought the next size up, and sold until they can reach the pedals on the jeep.

Then, where do you ride them? Can't follow the jeep? I'm not walking to follow them on a little course?

Went up to look at my buddies farm for storage/workspace yesterday. He is giving me half of a semi trailer for storage and a garage sized spot in his shop for the j10...all for the price of use of my welder. its a little far away, but thats good and bad. good because i won't be working on the truck all the time, bad because i won't be working on the truck all the time. he has some great ground...and he has a yj that i can help him work on. i offered to help him clean out some of the semi trailers he has up there in exchange for storage...i figure its the least i can do. Its in a pretty amazing area...I'm sure I will be dragging a tent up there to sleep and spending some long weekends out of the city working on the j10 and the xj. if the storage is free...then i won't hesitate to rent another garage stall in my hood to store and work on stuff...

starting to feel better about moving the rest of our stuff here...the j10 project will live again :)

so my wife had a typical check up today at 2. after a bunch of test, they decided they wanted to wake they baby so they could monitor her movements.after they pushed and wiggled her belly to wake her, my wife had a contraction(1st one) then the babys heart rate slowed down. so they sent her to the labor hall and thats about when i got out of work. by the time i got home, she told me they where not sending her home.
gave her some meds to get her body ready and will be inducing tomorrow morning.
