dang it...
why did my wife wait until i went on a diet to decide that she likes making cupcakes and cake pops...at least once a week our house smells like cake. damn
Cheese "cant whore with the best of them anymore" Man
My diet is going ok. today sucks. i have read a few times in different magazines and websites that a 24hour fast is really good to boost your metabolism. just have to stay hydrated and make sure that you don't binge the next day. today i am giving it a shot.
big time sucks tho, im tired and unenergized not to mention kinda crappy.
SAM'haven't eaten since 9 last night'SET

meh...fasting is over rated. 24 hours won't hurt you though and can help some. more than that and your metabolism start freaking out. my diet is really just eating more often, eating smaller meals (not mini meals as some would like to think) and taking one day a week to indulge. that day is today this weekits actually really surprising how one day a week 1.) will help reduce cravings for sweets and fatty foods because you know you will have them in a few days and 2.)actually doesn't hurt you because it spikes your metabolism once a week...which isn't a bad thing.
one mistake people make eating small meals more frequently is not eating enough to sustain themselves through the day...at this point i can judge it pretty well. i haven't lost much in the last month, but i've also hit a pretty big plateau. i'm down to in between a 36-38 pant...38's fit pretty loose but they dont make a 37. 36's fit, but i like to wear loose fitting clothes. when i started in june i was between a 42-44. i can fit into a size large t shirt again...something i haven't been able to do since middle school. still have a ways to go, but i'm very satisfied with my progress.
