Morning Y'all

Buddy of mine is going to look at the GC seats today for me at the usual yard in Eau Claire... I am going to try and get to Northern tool during my lunch to pick up a big wire wheel and some flap discs to prep the body... Might also try finishing the Quarter panel since I have all that stuff already...

I bought a VW Jetta once.

Hated that car, traded it within 6 weeks.

Good morning Sam.

I loved my Jetta.....I loved that shiny green XJ even more! :D

dang it...

why did my wife wait until i went on a diet to decide that she likes making cupcakes and cake pops...at least once a week our house smells like cake. damn

this is because you are on the road a lot...and I like cupcakes ;)

Cheese "not too far from Des Moines...." Man

On a more serious note, my diet is still going strong and I feel better every day. I am down @ 15# and still going strong...it is not just a fad diet, it is a lifestyle change which is good. I have noticed Case's eating habits improving along with mine, so that is an added bonus. We have a day a week that is junk type food or fast food, but other then that it has been a pretty easy transformation.

Cheese "does not eat so much cheese now a days" Man

I still have the stock 97 grocery getter that Camilles parents borrowed and never returned :D when it gets down to just "ME" I will change my screen name to "ROSEY4ME"

I realized the other day that I lost my reign of "Top thread worthless poster" in the Important thread to Flex......I feel so worthless now.

Cheese "cant whore with the best of them anymore" Man

My diet is going ok. today sucks. i have read a few times in different magazines and websites that a 24hour fast is really good to boost your metabolism. just have to stay hydrated and make sure that you don't binge the next day. today i am giving it a shot.

big time sucks tho, im tired and unenergized not to mention kinda crappy.

I'll have a bacon cheeseburger for lunch in your honor, sir!

I think I might do the same. Or chinese buffet, I haven't been there in forever.

I think this is the part where me and Nate lord it over all you guys :moon:

Looks like I'm getting to borrow a 20ft x 7.5ft enclosed to haul the Jeep in... Hoping the F150 can pull it... Its an older, heavier trailer...

meh...fasting is over rated. 24 hours won't hurt you though and can help some. more than that and your metabolism start freaking out. my diet is really just eating more often, eating smaller meals (not mini meals as some would like to think) and taking one day a week to indulge. that day is today this week :) its actually really surprising how one day a week 1.) will help reduce cravings for sweets and fatty foods because you know you will have them in a few days and 2.)actually doesn't hurt you because it spikes your metabolism once a week...which isn't a bad thing.

one mistake people make eating small meals more frequently is not eating enough to sustain themselves through the day...at this point i can judge it pretty well. i haven't lost much in the last month, but i've also hit a pretty big plateau. i'm down to in between a 36-38 pant...38's fit pretty loose but they dont make a 37. 36's fit, but i like to wear loose fitting clothes. when i started in june i was between a 42-44. i can fit into a size large t shirt again...something i haven't been able to do since middle school. still have a ways to go, but i'm very satisfied with my progress.

I need to do this...

well its not something i plan on doing often, more like once every couple of weeks. just to keep the body guessing. besides that i have my diet on lock. i count all my cals and stay pretty full threw out the day.

had a little set back last week but the point s to get right back on the horse. i don't have a cheat day, but i have a cheat meal. if i cheated for a entire day i would wipe away all the dieting. one meal is good enough for me. this week is will be tomorrow when the wife and i go out for dinner.
