Important

so here is something cool...here is a lap of the atv race that im going to watch today. like i said, the trail gets used once a year for a race and is dormant the rest of the time. as you can see from the video, there are a lot of places where the trails are blocked off, so what you are seeing is only a portion of whats out there. not every trail is wide enough for a jeep, but a lot of them look like they are. plus every trail has to be able to be accessed by an emergency crew so there are ways around a lot of the obstacles that might be too narrow for a jeep. last night at the side by side races they were talking about running the trails after the race...they asked me if i had a quad, but i said "nope, but i have my jeep"...and they looked at it and said..."hmm, well you can probably get through most of em.." almost in a challenging way. we'll see though...like i said, this could turn out to be an awesome place to camp, fish, hunt and wheel...so im not going to push too hard. i was informed that one of the guys who gives permission (even though he is not the owner) likes vodka. thats easy enough

if he makes it to my weight he'll look like a concentration camp victim.

this is true. i think it would be pretty dang hard for me to get down any lower than 220. especially with the amount of muscle mass i've gained. my personal best mile in high school was 6:30 so it would be great to be in that kind of shape again. im 6'3" and unfortunately my body type/bone structure is too large to ever be under 200 pounds without losing a lot of my muscle tone. i really would like to do the full year, only because i know how lazy i can get on my own. its much easier to eat a pound of bacon that it is to lose a pound :)

though i must say, the diet that im doing isn't all that bad. i can eat a good variety of foods i like and once a week i can eat and drink whatever i want. so its easier to resist temptation when i know i still can eat a bacon double cheeseburger once a week.

After 10k miles, I finally had the money to spare to change the oil in my XJ (and the air filter). Next up, bearing hub units next month. Then to save up for a lift.

BOUGHT IT. Snorkle is only thing I really don't care for. Only thing it will be getting in near future is belly skid. That's it I promise.

Will be wierd wheeling with heat or AC.....
