Important

So I got the header installed, but the last two days it seems like the Jeep is running warm... In fact just running a couple errands today the A/C fan kicked on several times...

I think a 3-row is in the works now...

After my next big project...

Are you sure the radiator is the problem? I have a stock radiator, worn out clutch fan, 4.7 stroker, and I barely hit 205 all weekend. I did have to replace the thermostat as that was why mine was getting a little on the warm side, now it runs nice and cool.

Well looking at the exhaust valves when the intake/exhaust was off showed the exhaust valves were a pretty white color... So I know its running warm, real warm...

Austin, did you haveyour ac or defroster on when you observed the fan cycling?

The color of the valves will not tell you if the engine is running hot, it will tell you if you are burning oil or running rich or lean. White valves or plugs generally denotes running a tad on the lean side.

AC doesn't work in my work truck (armored truck so no windows roll down) and OSHA and dot doesn't understand that we cant just roll our windows down and tell us that it is not a law that the employer has to make sure we have AC. So when it's 90*+ outside like yesterday it sucks and smells like a bad hog roast in here. I need a new job.

I find it usually goes back to te last thing I touched if it all worked before.

I'd double check you've not got a leak somewhere that's making the ECM go lean.

12V outlets in there?

inverter +portable AC vented out the gun port=Win.

Sold the ZJ this weekend, the zebra Jeep is off to a new home. Thought I'd be a little bummed as I'd had it for two and a half years, which is longer than any other vehicle I've owned. But the people who bought it were real nice, and the dad was buying it for his kids to beat around in the woods in... talk about father of the year! He called me the next day and said they were out all night in it and loved the thing.

Now to get the XJ all wrapped up before Harlan...

Geez..... I've had my 94 XJ since June of 1997, got it with 34k miles, it's over 230k now.

I have a micro SD card.

If I try to access it, it says that it needs formatted.

If I try to format it, it says that I have insuffient rights to format the card and won't let me.

I need to format this and get the gps download on it for the race this weekend.

Thanks to anyone who can help me.
