Important

There's a side of me that I don't like, I've received my mothers hot temper and in the past it's gotten me in trouble... But when someone puts a slim-jim in a guys jeep, the dam just kinda breaks and you just feel like picking a guy up and tossing him around a little...

And yes, I am known for my 'teddy-bear' like nature... :o

Yesterday a couple punk kids tried stealing my Jeep. They didn't count on me catching them... First one ran off right away, second one decided to try and trash talk me... I ruffed him up enough to scare the piss out of em...

This is why I hate big cities...

Jeff its a part of St.Paul I don't often travel to, but I had dropped some paperwork off at a school and stopped for some food...

And I have thought about CCW, but I don't think they'd look too kindly on it when I'm in MN...

News just talked about a piece on cars being stolen out of parking lots in the county I was in... Lesson learned I guess...

Looking at some maps, it looks like MN accepts WI's permit, but not the other way around...

WI's legislation is so new that most states haven't had a time to review it and arrange reciprocity.

Ohio for instance says that in order to grant reciprocity for out of state holders they must have licensing and training guidelines as stringent as ours. Which is why some states aren't valid, because they don't include training, like florida.

reciprocity is a giant mess......

car loan, 4 or 5 cc's. All scheduled to be paid off this year.

my last divorce killed my credit. waited it out and needed to go in debt to get my credit score back up. it's working. borrowing power is a good power to have.

1 cc, 1 carloan, nothing else..... since were getting married next year i explained my monetary philosophy and she agreed. mortgage and no other debt, no brand new cars, no cc's, no loans. if we cant afford it we dont buy it, no cars over 10k unless we can afford to write a check for it.

short"great credit since i was 18"xjdoug

Or Indiana... I have mixed feelings on it, this has to be one of the easiest states in which to get a permit. But I didn't complain about it when it was my turn to get one.

As for debt I've had a couple car loans through the years but none at the moment, just a mortgage and no CCs. Pretty certain I'll get myself a truck payment here in the next few months though. I've been steadily saving for a pole barn but every few months it seems like the crap hits the fan and the account balance gets knocked back down. It's tough to get ahead and stay ahead.

Divorced twice since 97. Credit was nasty. Fiancee is really good at getting payments in on time and thank God I've been blessed enough to have the money for the bills that have come up. We rarely go out, or buy unnecessary things, but it's piece of mind that I'm no longer in major debt and have great credit.

Now I own a home, credit is awesome and only owe 1/2 on the house and bare minimum on a car. Have 2 cc but pay them off every month. Live and learn, problem was I did not learn the first time around.

Yessir! I've grown up around guns so its just normal for me to have a gun nearby and know how to use it. I can see some folks needing training though. I could use some more training myself. I know how to use the gun but I need to learn some more defensive and tactical applications.

Also, I forgot how good the Mile High Club sub is at Quickies in Vincennes.

Question, I got JCR nut strips, do I have to take the rear bumper off to install these? At this point, Would anyone be able to help me. Between the weight of the hitch I don't think this is a one person job.

I think you do, not sure though.

You installing it before WF or at WF? If at WF when are you arriving?

Installing at WF is the last option, would like to install it before hand. I do have another question. It came with the mopar wiring harness, but the wires had been clipped. Can you get a connector to make it work cheaper then a harness or should I just go full new harness?

Not at WF, but who knows in the future, especially if I am asked to, I would like to have the harness hooked and ready to go.

I put a simple plug-n-play 4 wire converter on mine, since that's all that we have on my and my friends' trailers.

Yes, the bumper and brackets have to come off to put the nutstrips in. You can make a cradle with a floor jack and some scrap boards, but you can also give yourself a black eye while installing a hitch single handedly. Ask me how I know... A second set of hands never hurts.

Also, put anti-seize on every bolt. Decreases your risk of future black eyes...
