My 5 ton takes 22 quarts of motor oil and 10 gallons of diff lube... yep I put the cheap diff lube in it. Rotella is cheap in 5 gallon pails though, so it gets good oil.
One of my MJs has the dark blue interior. I've decided it will be easier to redo the whole interior with 97+ parts than it will be to find a full size dark blue center console for it.

I get Mobil 1 for free. When we get a car in for a Mobil 1 oil change, we keep the bottles. Unless you sit there for a minute on each quart draining it into the car, there's about an ounce left in each bottle. Takes a long time to get 5 qts for the 4.0, but it takes longer to put on 4000mi.

I only put synthetic in the powerstroke once. Made no discernible difference. Now I buy the gallon jugs of whatever is on sale at walmart.
The MINI gets synthetic because that's what the manufacturer specifies. I just hit up those "get a free filter" deals at the parts store when I'm in there. I probably have 3 oil changes in the cabinet.
The jeep gets whatever is leftover. It doesn't seem to mind.

Ummm.... did you not see the "full synthetic"? $22-30 per gallon, plus a $8-10 filter if you do it yourself.

Yes, he was a politician I believe.
Some thought it was about Kurt Cobane but I heard a documentary on XM one night (you hear a lot of odd things working third shift) and it wasn't about Cobane, it was about that politician.

yeah...you can still find the video on online somewhere. it wasn't about cobain.
also filter was the WORST sounding band i've ever build a system for. their sound guy was so horrible, it was unbearable. i had earplugs in all night and it still hurt...cant imagine what it was like for the people in the front row. i pulled a db meter out that capped at 125 dB and it couldn't register what the volume peaks were...whatever they were they were beyond ear damaging
