You don't need to throw out the non-stick pans. No high heat cooking in them, though, and no using them under the broiler. Hard to beat a good non-stick pan for cooking eggs (okay, a well seasoned cast iron pan is right there.)Thanks now I'll be reading on teflon pans the rest of the night. Just bought a full set of T-fal pans a month ago. Cost 275 but she's been cooking every night since. Now I'll want to replace those again lol.
