Important

He was at the front and acted like he was cop investigating a hit and run, and did a pretty good job of faking information.

<chuckle>

He got a visit from Detective Johnson with the Illinois State Police about a hit and run in Effingham.....

He seemed to sweat a bit before I let him off the hook.

At least he didn't introduce himself as your homosexual lover...

Probably didn't help that I have been working mornings all week when I normally work evenings. Getting up at 3:30am sucks when you are used to going ot bed at 1am. I should have suspected something when you were talking to Ken.

Nope, there is quite a few TJ, JK, and YJ's that are moded here.

had to reboot my phone to original settings and lost all my contacts this sucks trying to figure it all out again

Here she is with her new shoes. 35's fit her nicely. I may have to do some bump stopping and trimming but we'll see.

knowing a cop reminds you that there actually real people, sometimes people forget about that and get all pissed off when they get a ticket for speeding or rolling a stop or what ever they did wrong. blame the cop for what you did wrong

The Garmins in our shared cars record max speed, I've been scolded once or twice by my Captain :D

Illiana 'Signal 10' XJ

The max on my Garmin is 133...I'm told the Impala will do 140...but its a Chevy so anything over 120 scares me...

We use our own set of codes as we are better than the rest of the state...
Gets confusing sometimes because I know the rest of the codes from my previous employer.

that could be the end of us as we know it. we will end up being like those airport radar watchers that got caught sleeping on the job.

Thankfully we still have Crown Vics.

That's odd that your dept uses different codes, I bet it causes some confusion b/w local, county and state.

We use a combo of 'standard' 10 codes and ISP signals.

I know locally we have mix.

City have almost all Crown Vics. A few detectives have some other cars (Taurus' and a Malibu). They also have two Challengers they won in Click or Ticket program.

College cops have Crown Vics and Impala's.

State cops have Crown Vics, Challenger's as patrol cars. They also have Mustangs, and any other car that is unmarked (seized vehicles).
