100% agreed. those edges also do some nice siping on the tire if you don't have bumpstops and toss 33s on it. I would follow StumpXJ's method on the rear fenders rather than the usual cut and fold if I did it again, comes out much cleaner, more rust/water proof, and is generally more awesome. When I did mine I knew the unibody was doomed anyways so I just hacked slots in it and beat it with a 5lb hand sledge till it folded over.fixed
you NEED to cut the rear fenders. it looks better when it's cut with out the flares. IMO.
turn the heat on max, set it to defrost, leave it running for 20 minutes and then slide all that ice right off the windshield.Here are some winter storm pics:
