I love my metabolism... I eat like a pig and gain zero weight. Been within 5lbs of 195 for like six years now.

weighed this morning...downa solid 5#'s since the begining of the year. I gave up drinking pop except for maybe 1 or 2 a week and portion control (something I never had before). Feel pretty good and have about another 20#'s to go to be where I want by summer. Getting old and the weight does not come off as easy as it used to....

Jennie lost nearly 15 lbs over the last few months simply by letting me portion out food.

She's a stress eater, so I just cut her down a bit to normal portions.

She hates me because I eat whatever I want when I want, usually at midnight.

I ate half a loaf of bread last night at 11:30.

Pics have already been nixed, but if you get her drunk enough at the campfire you might be rewarded.

I was like that, until sometime in my 40's. Coincidently around the time I started homebrewing instead of drinking Miller Lite...

Yeah... hoping I keep this going that long. Drinking nearly a gallon of water a day helps, along with busting my ass working on the house and jeeps every few days.

I accidentally ate an entire pound of candy corn a while ago. No effect. Same thing with fast food and whatnot, it just does nothing.

well she loves drinking Jager with Ho

Peppermint schnapps and dr pepper was a hit with Tater and her the year previous.

She'll pretty much drink whatever is going around the fire after a certain point, I usually have to cut her off before she gets sick.

maybe this year I don't.
