Drive it and say I will give you $1500 right now. If he says no, say see ya! Done. The guy thinks you're some stupid kid so play hardball. Like Nate said most used car dealers are assholes. The guy I bought my first jeep off of liked me because I actually paid my payment everytime and I usually paid extra on it. But some of the people he had come in that place looking for cars were more sketchy than he was.

If it's still for sale on Saturday I will go up there. I'm just tired of dealing with dealers/used car salesman. I have yet to deal with one that was honest and cared about making a good sale. I guess it's like trying to get oil from a water spout, it just ain't gonna happen.

Point out every single thing wrong with it, I paid $3450 for mine and it had plenty of little stuff wrong with it but ran great and still does minus the rear main seal starting to drip! :doh:

I hope he can repair it...he works for a computer repair company and is supposed to be THE guy to repair laptop jacks...if he can't I'll be in touch.
My original hard drive lasted about 5 years. I paid $1700 for this thing in '04...so I'm trying to get all I can out of it...

do this, but read the fine print. A lot of those guys put in penalties you have to pay if you pay it off before x date.
