thanks that's DVR material. He is really good, creative and not half assed like his replacements on Trucks.

A while back I was watching a repeat when he started to use Guitar Pick guard material for a gauge/dash trim panel, I started thinking: "okay now that's gay... he can't possibly... man that is going to look stupid... Hey wow that looks slicker than shit!"

Taking that Bronco from completely rotted out 100% write off to what he did took some serious skills...

drill speed formula: 4 times cutspeed divided by drill diameter

for steel use 320/drill dia. to find ~rpm of any size bit/holesaw

I use the absolute slowest speed on my press & lots of oil. I've done 2 buggys, a CJ cage and starting on a truggy project....all on the same BluMol (Home Depot) holesaw. It still cuts great.
