I just read you're blog. My thoughts:
You should definitley take your training focus away from muscle building. It is very difficult to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Sure you can get stronger but you will not gain overall mass while attemting to lose weight. Throw that out the window, for now. What's important is that you reduce your caloric intake and do cardio. Once you lose the weight, you can begin to build.
Your diet needs to remain healthy. You can not afford to cheat. No sugars other than breakfast. No soft drinks, nothing other than a ton of water, low fat milk, coffee and or tea. period.
Eat clean and eat often. Clean means no toppings on your foods. No sour cream with your baked potato, no cheese on your broccoli, no BBQ sauce on your chicken. You get the idea. You know what's healthy and what's not. Stay away from the not.
Often means, eat smal meals throughout your day. This is better because it's far easier to measure the calories you're getting this way. You're meals should be small portions. 50cal protine/40cal carbs/15cal fat for example. You'll have to calculate you're exact intake requirements. This will boost your matabolism. Be carfull though, it's easy to get carried away when eating often.
Your body can only process so much of that food you eat at one time. This means that all of those carbs you eat at a single LARGE sitting, only about 1/2 get metabolized. The rest are stored as fat. By eating small you're giving your body a chance to use that food as energy, instead of storing it as fat.
There are also dietary supplements that do a good job of curving hunger or cravings. You might want to look into them further. If not, just remember that when you're hungry, this is your body telling you that your metabolism is working.
Hang in there, living healthy is not a destination, it's a journey!
Edit: BTW, often is 5-6 times a day and about 2 hrs apart.
Edit again: No pizza! and say goodbye to chinese food! :gag:
You will get stressed out during this. When this happens take your butt to the gym

. Some people do allow one cheat day a week. Just be careful.
