I received fantastic service from...

I received excellent service from one of our sponsors, FullSizeXJ. Priced some RE components with several of the vendors and he had the best price even with paid shipping (some offered free shipping but it cost more). After ordering I requested a tracking number and it was supplied immediately.

I have very good things to say about several vendors already mentioned in this thread, but I wanted to add Brett of AWshifting.com. I ordered his shift kit and he did not have any on-hand. He kept me informed of when he had one ready to ship and when it shipped. It also came with instructions that a plain joe like me could understand.

I try to get as many things from local vendors as possible to support my neighborhood offroad businesses. So heres my list of preffered vendors:

C-rok.....great products, incredible customer service
Kevinz Offroad....once again, great products, great customer service
4-Wheelers Offroad Supply...If you need it, they most likely have it...in stock!
Absolute Offroad....excellent, knowledgable service, full service repair shop
Del City....excellent source of all manner of electrical components!

Terry at Rigid Co MFG. They make some awesome bumpers and never had any problems with them. www.rigidco.com Their work is custom, so don't expect your bumpers to be made exactally like the next guys. They do use jigs, but that's not to say that they won't make mistakes. At that point, if you inform Terry about it or any other problem with the bumper (ie, doesn't fit right, or your jeep is weird, or whatever) he is more than happy to take care of it for you. Two thumbs up for him.

I also have received great service from the venders listed below. Great thread these guys do not get enough credit for doing business the right way.

Terry at rigidco - great guy to deal with and takes pride in his work.

Bob at TNT customs - Y link came on time and any problems I had they fixed.

Alex at PORC - had very good advice and arrived in two days.

Guys at Windrock offroad - great service all around and great price

AJ at AJ Armor - Just great rockrails and service.

And for the local guys David at Terratraction - if you need anything built see you need to see them. terratraction.com

Besides the many mentioned, MY personal favorites are

Jason at Group Buy 4x4
Brian at JCR Offroad
Dirk at DPG
Rusty's
AJ at AJ's Armor
The Tire Rack online tires.... GREAT PRICES and next day shipping for only $74 (4 33x12.5x15 BFG Muds $157 per tire) $701 to the door NEXT DAY.

One I forgot to add earlier: allchryslerparts.com. Their prices (even including shipping) on OEM stuff beat local dealer prices by a considerable margin, and the service was excellent. One word of warning: they won't automatically tell you if an item is backordered, so I wouldn't recommend going with them for anything you may have needed yesterday.

DPG Off road
FULLSIZEXJGEAR absolutely awqesome and
also my local Jeep dealer Salem Chrysler Jeep plymouth these guys are great

C-Rok, Ventura 4x4(a real nice guy and extremely knowledgable about desert racing, fabrication etc.), Full Traction, RE, and more recently TAG motorsports for an unbelievable price on a set of Fox 2.0 resis, 12" travel, shipped to me in one day!

Ordered a Flowmaster cat-back system from Rusty's thursday. They had it shipped out the next day. UPS however, was SUPPOSED to deliver it today, but decided they'd leave it sitting in their warehouse for an extra day, and not bother to tell me where the hell it is (haven't updated their tracking info since they recieved the billing information Friday). Called up Rusty's today and talked to a very nice lady (whose name i can't remember right now) and with in 30 minutes she had contacted UPS and got down to business with them to figure out what the hell was taking so long, and she was back on the phone with me explaining the situation.

Extremely happy with the customer service provided by Rusty's, however I am NOT happy with the service from UPS at all, and I plan on letting them know about it once I have my order in my hands and its all accounted for, and not broken.

For my Canadian brothers and sisters: North Shore Offroad. They are a distributor not a manufacturer, but their service, reliability and selection is top notch...

I use their sister store Sport Trucks Unlimited(Langley). One minor issue but was cleared up professionally. I've also had really good service from C-rok.
