Don't know what else to say....... I get in with Firefox 3.0.3 under Win2k, XP, and Vista Ultimate, as well as 32bit Linux. Oh, and I have tested IE7 a couple of times.

Are you sure it's not a firewall issue, either on the puter or from your server?

The reason I ask because when I had dial-up, all I ever got was a blank screen. Since I got high speed cable, I can pop in & out of chat in a flash.

That's exactly what I got when I was on dial-up, switched provider's to cable & works like a champ. That was my prob, can't say that is your fix, but worked for me. Maybe different provider firewall issue? good luck bro.

You really have not given any details. You said room mate, does this mean your in a dorm? Using campus provided service provider? Hardwired? Wireless? Operating system?
