Had to use the blue wrench on every single 19 year old bolt on my FSJ.

the prob is that I just lowered my t-case and broke one of the bolts off, 4 drill bits later and alot of cussin, I'm done.

I don't know what you're talking aboot... I replaced my rear leaves tis last winter b4 WF and I have no problem removing my 10 yr old bolts.... Maybe someone just has some coordination issues....

I agree rusted bolts can be a real pain here in the midwest. i antisieze all bolts that go back together

Anti-seize is my new best non-imaginary friend. Funny though, my spring and crossmember bolts came out pretty easily, but the upper shackle bolt... she's not going anywhere. I can't even make it squeak.

My upper shackle bolt came right out...with most of the theads inside the frame.
