I just got back from the ct shore. The water was like glass. We took all the sails off the boat along with any valuables. Worse case my dad gets a nice insurance check

My hurricane preparations were to park all of my mobile vehicles in a nice, open area away from trees. Although my friggin' house is surrounded in giant trees. Cut down some dead branches and hoping nothing comes through my roof tonight.

If anyone needs anything in the Trenton, NJ area, I can be reached at 609-954-2909. I'll probably be up most of the night making so that I can get the generator up and running to keep the sump pumps going in my basement when we lose power.

1st tree about noon missed everything

2nd tree took out all wires and blocking road

5 more hours til the eye gets here then 12 more for storm to pass

Tornado warnings all around us here in Bristol, with one recently reported heading NW from Bristol towards Penndel/Hulmeville.

Power outages in neighboring townships, we have had the lights flicker a few times but stayed on so far.

hah i was at the dollar store, walmart & lowes today, no water, batteries or flashlights to be had.
