Actually, being literal can be a good thing for a Leader, and a Recruiter. There is no doubt about what I mean when I say something. Speaking or writing using innuendo's and half truths, is almost as bad as lying, and creates inconsistencies. Unless I'm arguing on the internet with somebody.
