How not to drive a stock XJ

although stock, i believe this belongs in the non-tech section. Funny tho, and stupid.

I think an xj is smaller than that ford? they were driving, check out the custom on the glove box door when the passenger pans to the dash a second...and xj would have surely crumpled more too...if that were one of my customers it would have been their only car and both brothers and dad would have lost their jobs... hasta

"Is this the way you were getting here and back?" :roflmao:

"Everyone get out..... we got work to do."

:laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

Does Dukes Of Hazzard, and an armadillo hat ring a bell? :dunce:

That's an old Fo'd. The dash shot looks just like the dashboard of my old 78 F150. So I'm guessing a late 70's F truck or FS Blazer, and if that's the case, I'm betting dollars to donuts that whatever they hit bent the frame. Those things had a weakness in the frame where the trailing arms (or whatever those things are called on a Fffod) mount. Probably pushed the frame rails inward. I've seen a lot of totaled F's at the junkyard that appear to have gone off the road, hit a rock, and trashed the frame without much visible damage.

Old video, but well worth another posting.
