5-10 mph over. They don't give tickets at ~11 MPH over around here unless you're driving like a dumbass.

Right around limit, especially this past week, I discovered Monday that I let my drivers liscense expire nearly a month ago and just got it redone this morning.

in the jeep I usually go at or below the speed limit, currently it doesn't have a motor so I'd say pretty slow, but in the car, I'd say very spirited. My moto is it'll go or it'll blow
