horn fuse circuit

my horn is not working on my '91 xj. I looked for a fuse but could not find "horn" labeled anywhere. does anyone know which circuit the horn is on. thanks for your help.

It's on the HEADLAMP DELAY(HDLP DLY) circuit. Fuse no. 11. 25 Amps
