What coolers are those and how did you actually mount them?
They are the engine oil cooler and trans cooler off of a 3/4-1 ton truck. I think it was a Ford but I can't remember. I was actually picking up some other Jeep parts at a yard and walked by this truck with the front end off of it and they were right there, easy to grab. So I use the big one for transmission and the small one for power steering now.
Fittings for the big one were a pain to find though. I ended up using some A/C fittings, cutting the ends off and putting some grooves and a flare on the end and then I used fuel injector style hose clamps on everything.
To mount them I just bent up some 3/4" wide flat stock and marked where the mounting holes were for the coolers. Then I drilled through there, welded some bolts through the back side and ground the welds down so they were acting as studs.
I had to heavily modify the grille and heard to make them fit over these things though. They're pretty massive as you can see in this picture (they're laying on top of the core support). And obviously they cut down on your airflow through the radiator. It runs hotter than it did before with the A/C on but so far, with the dual electric fans, it hasn't gotten to the point over overheating. I'm still working out the fan situation though. I haven't decided if I'm keeping the stock fans or upgrading to some that move more air.
