After all the research ive been doing on building this setup, I can't believe I have never seen this part of the forum before.. I have a build thread on cherokee forum here is the link for that if any one is interested:

Any ways I have been working on this project for a little while and have finally gotten it to the point where it can be driven as a daily driving somewhat reliable vehicle that is suprisingly fast to unsuspecting ricers and diesel truck boys that are in my area lol.
Some info on the setup,1998 cherokee 2dr 5speed 2wd 4.0, 180,000 mile stock unopened motor. Its a Rear mount ebay t/3t4 T04e that has an intercooler mounted under the jeep, that is currently running 10psi in 3rd and 4th gear. I believe it is time to wrap the exhaust to try and get more low end boost. Running 39lb Mustang Cobra injectors, tuning the fuel with a SAFC-2 and so far so good with that tuning setup, only issue is that timing is able to adjusted with that module. Boost comes in full beans at 2300rpms, dips down to 6-7psi until about 3800rpm then climbs back up to the spring set 10psi. Everything I have done has been a "bolt on" procedure with the only kind of fabbing I had to do was go to an exhaust shop to have the turbo flange welded on to the exhaust. Which I think is cool because it can be returned to stock in 30minutes or less. Total build cost so far has been $750 for the whole turbo setup. Without a doubt a 50-90hp gain with who knows how much more torque, will be getting dynoed soon to show the true power gains going off of a 135whp baseline.
