And the not a natural born citizen arguments are stupid. McCain was born at a US Navy installation in The Panama Canal Zone and Obama was born in Hawaii to an United States citizen. Both of those arguments (meaning for each person) are just showing that you don't have anything else to say so you're whipping out the smoke and mirrors.

Not all Republicans are going to vote for McCain. Some of them are actively working against him. Amazing enough, there are Democrats who are not going to vote for Obama. Some of them are actively working against him.

Do I find it odd? No. Does anyone find it odd that Colin Powell endorsed Obama? Probably not.

Powell could not endorse McCain, he's a retired general officer, I can't imagine him endorsing a retired Captain....
All kidding aside, once you reach the heights of General officer you really are no longer military other than the uniform, in fact to get that first star you are almost totally a politician by then.
One thing that would have been awesome, a Powell/Palin ticket. Powell was too smart to run though

I imagine if Obama gets in there will be much bigger SS detachment of bullet stoppers around him... He was up in Scranton, looked like company strength on those black suits with the ear plugs around him and those were just the ones you could see. That was not counting the flannel/jeans ones

He already called for SS protection WELL before any candidate in history ever had before (by like 9 months). $39,000 a day to protect his ass....paid for by the taxpayers. I think that's bullshit, if he wants SS protection, it should come out of his campaign funds.

Obama must think he's entitled to those campaign donations....he sure has no problem spending it all too!

His supporters should take a hint....he'll spend taxpayer money just like he spends his campaign funds.....what does he care, it's not "his" money...?!?!
