Help with bushing removale

Burn the rubber bushing completely and pound out the inner sleeve. Then choose a way to cut a part out of the remaining metal sleeve, so that it is easier to pound out. Be Careful with the sawzall if you choose to use one, especially if you burn out the bushing, which will heat the mount. The saw will cut through the entire mount like butter rather quickly. Trust me I know. If you have access to an air chisel/hammer ignore all this and just pop that thing out.

Just to answer my own question and for any others who are trying this. I found it really easy to do this. I used a drill and drilled out the rubber bushing part then took a pair of vise grips and pulled out the smaller metal inner shim, then unscrewed a hack saw blade from the handle put it inside of the metal sleeve and reattached it to the handle and VERY quickly was able to cut through the sleeve, then I took a hammer and pounded where I had cut and it popped right out!
