Hello PNW I'm new around these parts

Glad you decided to join back up. Too bad you missed NWF this weekend. It was a blast, infact I feel so rejuvenated. Wheeling is good for the soul.

Welcome back, but I didn`t know you really ever left. What xj are you running now ?You had a couple buddies running with you ,do they still have xj`s?
Yes we will have to get together again.

We are up to six guys with XJ's now. It's kind of like a cult...

I have a 1984 Cherokee Cheif. I am fabbing my rock rails up now and working on getting my metal cut for my bumper.

We have a club down here, but I am encouraging the guys to join up here because our group is getting stale and there will better opportunity to wheel as a group here.

Is it centralia that has the ORV park really close to it? I think it is. My friend were telling me about it. And theres a guy that lets you pay him for doing shuttle runs to the top of the hill for DH MTBers.?

There USED to be an ORV park in Capitol forest. Why it is gone, and how it could be opened again I'm not sure of, but I believe the PNW 4x4 group is working on the issue. As far as shuttles, the Peak bike shop runs a shuttle at 8:00a.m. on sundays for DH from the middle waddle staging area up to the peak.

Trail #30 is sweet and from time to time some locals will build some ladders and drops, but they torn down because they are illegal...

Over-all Capitol Forest is better for trail riding, but there are some decent to excellent shuttle sections, just not much in the way of Northshore or Whistler style stunts.

Check out http://www.capitolforest.com for trail information.
