Too bad about Ledger. 'Didn't really follow the story, but it sounded like he made some bad decisions that ended up killing him. I doubt he drove himself mad to "get in character" though. Was it ruled suicide or accidental?
Thank god I didn't go to a theater to watch this. I would have walked out. Paused it 2 or 3 times the last hour so I could get through it.
Batman: Ok
Joker: Ok/good
Gordon: Fair
Dent/twoface: Eh,..
Entire Gotham police force/city works/public servants/elected officials? Bunch of freaking idiots. What a crew.
Favorite line: You suspect one of the richest, most powerful men on the planet of moonlighting as a vigilante who beats violent criminals to a pulp with his bare fists, and your "plan" is to blackmail him?....
Good luck with that.
Morgan Freeman delivers a great performance as Lucius Fox.
Agreed. I just watched the movie last night. My impressions?I don't see what made the Dark Night so great. I agree Ledger did a good job portraying the Joker, but I found the movie to be just too long, and it really didn't hold my attention too well. It really didn't do too much for me.
