Yes, they'll fit, but be aware that the headlight wiring of XJ's can be pretty marginal, so if they pull a lot of extra current you may get voltage drop. If they're reasonably close to the original wattage it should be plug and play.

65/55 refers to wattage, so they are either 65/55 OR they are 90/100 watt ... they can't be both. 65/55 should be okay with stock wiring, but if they are 90/100 you should rewire with heavier gauge wires and relays.
