IIRC the 258 head bolts have a smalled diameter than the 4.0L head bolts.

Why the 258 bolts? Here's what you want, this set adds 20HP.

By MLS do you mean the 5713 Victor Reinz? Hesco's page says their gasket is a multi-layered replacement for the, according to them, discontinued 5713

There are different MLS gaskets. The .044" comes in these numbers:
Mopar Performance P4529242
Jeep 53010587AA
Victor Reinz 54249S (available from Carquest using 54249, no 'S')
I don't know what the 5713 compresses to though.
