About 40 minutes SE of columbus is Tony's Mud Bog. (www.tonysbog.com)
I went there a week ago and ran some of the trails they have open and helped clear a new trail for full-size trucks.
There's trails, hills, creeks, trees, rocks and PLENTY of mud for anyone.
I believe the land owners own around 175 acres of land for offroad recreational purposes, and do NOT charge anyone for using it. Just please respect the owners and take your trash back out with you. Visit their website for complete maps and driving directions to this place. Visit the photo gallery to see what the trails are like.
4-wheelers, dirt bikes, jeeps, rails, and full-size trucks are welcome.
Just try to have proper tow points for when (not if) you get stuck in the muck. There is plenty of room for parking trailers and you can camp (without water/electric) for free on the premises too.
I give the place/owners 2 thumbs up.
