got to change a light bulb

Back in the day (early 70's) I made extra bucks changing tower lights in Oklahoma while I was the Chief Engineer at KOCO TV Channel 2 in OKC. At the time it was the tallest tower. IIRC it was around 1200 ft. It took a whole day to go up and down. Going down is the worst since many times you can't really see where you need to put your feet and you have been standing and straining your feet and legs for hours on end. It didn't help that you were carrying over a hundred pounds in tools and replacement bulbs. You had to carry the old bulbs down since the frowned on you just tossing them.

Having not done it for roughly 40 years, watching that gave me a weak wierd feeling in the back of my knees.
