We put the discos on and one side went on good, but the other side just wouldent line up right, first we put it on the way it says to in the instuctions and we though we had it good after we bent the conection bracket a little, so we got it down off the lift, and it was rubbing the hell out of the tire at full lock. but only on that one side that was not linen up right, so now its on backwards, its pretty crucked but it dosent rub the tires. will 4.5 bs make it capable of running it the right way?? or is there just somthing wrong??

31x10.5r15's rub swaybars on TJ's

i dont see why they wouldnt rub on an XJ... look at where it is hitting - the bar its self or the disco?

if it is only hitting on one side, persuade the bar to the other side with a hammer...

ill get pics tommarow when i go back to my dads shop. It could be somthing with the steering being way out of alignment (just thought of that) oh ya i forgot to mention it rubbing the red anidized peice.

is your axle lined up? you may need to re-drill your trackbar mount, cause if its hittin on one side, on the sway bar end (not the axle end) then a simple 3/4" shift of the trackbar could pull the axle over enough. i know i had troubles getting one of the sway bar disconnects to line up before i got a JKS adjustable trackbar. problem fixed
