More than likely you have 3.07 or 3.55's now. Depending on the trans. For the front you will need a new carrier, gears & a master install kit. For the rear you need the gears & a master install kit. HTH. JIM.

how would i know what trans it is? i have an auto with a 4.0 ho motor and the tranny is stock and it didn't come with a tow package. any ideas what it is? i am also pretty sure i still need 4.10's to push my tires, i want to get (33X12.50) and still have pretty good gas mileage. now i get about 10-12 with 31x10.50's which is no good for me. any body out there with 33's and 4.10's also what mileage am i looking at

You have the AW4 trans., which means you have 3.55 gears in the axles now.
I don't know what kind of mileage you will get with 4.10's & 33's. I'm running 4.56's & 33's, I get between 15 & 17 on the highway. I really wish I had 4.88 gears. JIM.

thanks for the input. do you know of a good company that makes gears that won't let me down and i don't have to worry about them for a while?

I was told by people who know, "Your gears are only as good as your installer." I went with Yukons, and a trusted, well known local installer. No problems yet.
