Just thought I would share some first hand experience with ordering from Team Cherokee. I priced out some stuff I needed for my exhaust manifold job and on Team Cherokee it came out to be like 70 bucks. I decided to try the dealer as I have had good experiences with the local one before. Priced out the same parts and it was 180 bucks...
I ordered my stuff and got it quickly. There seemed to be a slight mix up with my order and one small part wasn't in the package. I didn't think anything of it and was going to contact them after the holiday weekend. Well today in the mail was the missing part along with a freebie key chain for the mix up.
There are some Cons however, no tracking or shipping confirmation email was sent out. Kind of sucks to order and get an email order confirmation but no tracking. I honestly assumed it hadn't shipped then sudden it's on my door step. Shipping is also a bit high, $16.95 for a manifold gasket and a few small odd ball things is up there or maybe I am spoiled with amazon.com shipping rates. Last downside is there is no mention of what brand the parts are. The stuff is just billed as OEM, to me that is OEM dealer parts. I instead got a rugged ridge manifold gasket, not that I am complaining about that but it would be nice to know.
All in all they are good to deal with, fast shipping, make up for their mistakes and are much cheaper for the dealer, although I am not certain they are 100% dealer quality parts just yet....
