good/cheap exhaust shops near La Jolla?

My cousin who lives in La Jolla had his catalytic converter stollen off his 93 4runner and needs it replaced. he went to some exhaust shop and got quoted $450 (parts and labor) to replace it, and i think thats pretty high so we're looking for a good place that isn't going to rip him off. basically just looking for a cheap place near La Jolla. any recommendations?

Yeah ended up going with dual tone. they are pretty close to him and the quote was pretty decent too. thanks guys
