Nonetheless, call BS. I know what I was going down there for. The slurs coming out my rig will be dealt with. Both of the guys yelling them, were hispanic and my last name is hispanic as well. No excuse and I will take care of this...

Well I guess it's my turn. First let me say that my family and I had a great time meeting and wheeling with all the 
members, it brought back memories of camp trips when we were kids. There was a big group of great people and good times. I was not present when it all went bad, so I cannot comment on that.
I do however feel I need to apologize to everyone involved. I know I am not directly responsible for the trouble, but I did scout the place and recommend we try to have an event there. I had not seen or heard anything prior to this that would have led me to believe that this sort of situation would have happened. I can say that of all the runs I have attended at the Rock Garden, this was the most organized and smoothest running event to date. Scott and I met a few days earlier to swap ideas and get an idea of the operation for the day. I believe it went off well and I commend Scott for his efforts.
Rick, Scott, Tony and myself were working toward having a good event, and in my opinion it turned out better than expected. We had 44 rigs signed in and on the trail, and a number of spectators( I don't have the official numbers) and from what I have seen in the past, the trails ran smoother than I have seen with fewer rigs on them.
In closing let me just say I think it was an excellent event with excellent people, and I hope we can all let this 30 minutes of bad not ruin 7 1/2 hours of great times. I will be speaking to Scott and hopefully we can all work together and possibly have another event there. For those of you that are absolutely against the Rock Garden, I understand and apologize for any inconvenience.

My wife was by me the whole time. She has the charcoal grey scrambler on 40's.. She only rides in our two rigs.
Nonetheless... See you guys back at the Garden I hope. Especiallly the OTR guys, I would like to wheel with you guys again. There are a bunch of new lines that still need to be found.

7 plus hours of great fun, and what a great group!! It would be really cool to have more events with that type of turn out, would have enjoyed even more down time to talk to those I don't really know, and hang out. So what's next???

GirlySkwerly: I was the one with the dead battery and wanted to thank you both for taking the time to stop and help.. Also for what its worth Tommy is a Great guy, and he will make sure that whatever was said to anyone from his vehicle, wont happen again. Sure hope to see all again soon...
