Anyone do this? Having some major clearance issues with the driver seat.

What is the clearance issue?
I installed WJ seats into my 98. They were power in the WJ, I installed them on the manual XJ bases and moved one of the seat motors over to the new base to run the recline. Not full power that way but seemed to be the best option to me at the time.

So no way of running the WJ power everythjng base in the XJ?

OP is talking about my XJ. The full WJ power frame will fit on the passenger side but even with cutting into the Trans hump the full frame just won't fit.
Is my only option asside from going fully aftermarket to put a WJ seat onto the XJ frame for the drivers side?
