Fuel Injectors

We'll that depends on how your engine is built or what you are trying to accomplish. Neon 4 holes are common, i've never run them. On my stroker I had LS1 injectors, when it was in my 97, now that it's in a 99 I am running ford injectors from a 24 valve V6. Only reason i changed was because the connectors change in 98 or 99. It's all really pointless unless your ECM has been reprogrammed, for any significant gains, at least that's my opinion.

This is a good source.

If you are looking for some LS1 injectors i'll sell you mine.

I used Neon injectors. It took me a whole 45 minutes from start to finish and I reset the ECM by touching the + & - batt cables for 10 sec reconnect, turn ignition to on without starting and cycle headlight switch, then turn ignition off. Done. My junk idles and runs much smoother now.

I'm looking for a Plug & Play 4 hole set for my "99" any suggestions would be appreciated for sure.

Thanks,
Fred

Re: Re: Fuel Injectors

Maybe 5 years ago, I got injectors from this guy:

4-hole flow matched for my 90. Can't say they made a whole lot of difference, but it does run smooth now. Seems like I've seen a complaint or two here or there, but they came with seals and were plug and play.

I put a set in my 97 about 3 years ago and I am very happy with them.

Should I just stick with OEM then, or get something else?

NO, get a set of the 4 hole ones instead of the single hole stock that came in yours. There are several people here and on the "Jeep Cherokee" forum that sell refurbished sets cheap with new, O-rings, filters, ultra-sonic cleaned and checked. Just bought a set for my 99 for $80 shipped.

Found the four port 703's. Installed them last Saturday. Highly recommend this upgrade.
