FS - Used trailer hitch

My neighbor has a Draw-Tite hitch he wants to get rid of. He said it came from his brothers Cherokee.
It looks like it is in good shape even includes 5 of the 6 bolts needed to install.
$50 Pickup only, In Vista CA 92081.

and what class hitch is it...
does it include a ball or no?

It looks like it would bolt up to my XJ which is a 2000. Neighbor said it is a 5,000 pounder. It has the 2" receiver. No ball. I could meet somewhere within a reasonable distance for some gas money.

I talked to my neighbor again and he was pretty sure that his brothers cherokee was a 95. I held it up to my frame and it looks like it will fit mine. Not sure if the frames were different over the years.

I think they are all the same. Best thing to do is go online to a hitch place and see if they are listed together or different part numbers/pull down menus

can you hold it for a day or two for me.. my jeep just got towed to the shop tonight.. and i have to see if it is fixed to get a ride down there to get the hitch..

Wow. I didnt realize I needed to be THAT clear. Only two posts above me you said you would look for a ride down. I can't guarantee you a spot but if you want to see if the seller can meet up with us near the 5 freeway I can grab it for you (assuming its paid for, paypal or I can take the money down for you).

The hitch works for a 91-96 and then a different one for a 96+

If its is a for a 91-96 and a class IV or a class III-IV max frame and has no rust on it i will take it for the asking price...


if this thing is rusted up or is a lesser class hitch, it doesnt work for me.. I can send the money however you want and can pick it up next week myself.. or as Andy has so graciously offered, if your in the area of the 5 frwy. he can grab it from you there.. and i can meet him up here.. for a transportation charge ;-)

Email sent. The tag is hard to read but it looks like it says Towing weight: 3500 lb. Weight distribution: 5000 lb. Which would make it part #75054. Which is a class IV hitch.
