FS: D44 rear

I have an extra D44 from an '87 that I would like to offer to someone in SoCal. I was going to use this for my first ever gear install and then swap it into the XJ after the new gears but... it looks like that project is not going to not happen any time soon.

What I have: "87 XJ D44 3.07 gears with LSD. Pinion feels tight and rotates smoothly. The only evidence of any leaks is the passenger side axle which has obviously been leaking for a bit since the brakes on that side are soaked. I do not have the drums for this and the brakes will need to be rebuilt (shoes, springs etc.) It still has the parking brake cables attached. I have not cleaned this thing at all (other than the recent rains), nor have I taken anything apart. This is probably better since you can see that I'm not trying to cover anything up with shiny paint. Oh yeah... I also have the "cross bar" that goes between the shoes on the passenger side to make the parking brake work (it's not there in the picture).

I'm not sure what to ask for this, it seems that the going rate is around $350 so how about $300?

Also of curiosity. the webbing on the side is different than the one in my XJ (it came out of an "89) Here is a picture of it. Does anyone know if this is just cosmetic? I assume they just changed the design up a little between the years, probably to save money some how.
